Description
Description Vitamin Water Aqua and Preparation Method Thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to a vitamin additive in the technical field of animal aquaculture, more particularly a vitamin water aqua and a preparation method thereof. Background Vitamin, an organic matter indispensible for maintaining normal functions of organism, cannot be synthesized in organism, or can be synthesized only in little amount, which means food intake is needed. Vitamin plays an important role in regulating substance metabolism of organism and maintaining physiological functions, and participates widely in multiple chemical reactions of in vivo metabolism mainly in the form of coenzyme and catalyst, thus ensuring normal cellular structure and functions of organism tissues and organs and keeping good health and normal activities of animals, and the shortage of vitamins could lead to metabolism disorder, further affecting the health and normal biological activities of animals negatively. Based on its solubility, vitamins can be classified as: liposoluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins. The liposoluble vitamins have diversified effects, in particular, in addition to participating in and affecting a specific metabolism process directly, the liposoluble vitamins are also combined with receptors in cells to have an influence on particular gene expression. As the name implies, the water-soluble vitamins are soluble in water and insoluble in fat and organic solvents, intake of the water-soluble vitamins in a large amount may not result in accumulation and positioning in general, and the majority of the water-soluble vitamins participate in the working of a variety of enzyme systems in the form of coenzyme or prosthetic group, thus they are extremely important in many links of intermediary metabolism. Apparently, both the liposoluble vitamins and the water-soluble vitamins bring significant effect to the health of animal body, however, the utilization rate of the liposoluble vitamins in practical application is low because the liposoluble vitamins can only be dissolved in liposoluble substances, and especially, the way of preparing a homogenized and stable water aqua from the liposoluble vitamins and the water-soluble vitamins has always been a difficulty in raising industry that is urgent to be solved. There are many defects in the present known methods, such as small number of effective components in water aqua, unstable water aqua and complex process. Summary of the Invention The invention aims to overcome the shortages in the prior art and provide a homogenized and stable vitamin water aqua. The vitamin water aqua comprises the raw materials in parts by weight: liposome, 1.89 to 5.85 parts of vitamin A, 2-4 parts of vitamin D, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1~2 parts of vitamin K, 4-6 parts of vitamin B , 2-4 parts of vitamin B2, 2-6 parts of vitamin B6, 1-2 parts of vitamin B12, 1-6 parts of vitamin C, 2-4 parts of vitamin H, 1 to 2 parts of folic acid and solubilizer. The liposome comprises the raw materials in parts by weight: 0 to 10 parts of soybean lecithin, 0 to IS parts of L-A-phosphatidylcholine distearoyl, 0 to 40 parts of sorbitol and 5 parts of cholesterol. The solubilizer is formed by mixing polyethylene glycol 6000 with polyvinyl pyrrolidone based on a weight ratio of 2:1. The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of vitamin water aqua, which comprises the following steps of: (1) Preparing liposome One or more than one of soybean lecithin, L-A-phosphatidylcholine distearoyl and sorbitol is mixed with cholesterol, and the mixture is then added into a reaction kettle for reaction for 30 to 45min at the temperature from 20 to 65 'C; (2) Preparing liposoluble vitamin solution Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K and solubilizer are dissolved in the mixed solution of organic solvents, i.e. trichloromethane and ethanol, to prepare the liposoluble vitamin solution; (3) Preparing water-soluble vitamin solution Vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C , vitamin H and folic acid are dissolved in PBS buffer solution to prepare the water-soluble vitamin solution; (4) Preparing vitamin water aqua The liposoluble vitamin solution is dissolved in the liposome, the organic solvents are removed by means of vacuum evaporation, and then the water-soluble vitamin solution is added thereto, followed by standing for 2 to 4 hours at normal temperature; (5) Homogenizing the vitamin water aqua The vitamin water aqua after standing is treated by a colloid mill to obtain the finished product. In addition, the finished product subjected to treatment in the step (5) is also subjected to filtration by a 0.45-micron micropore filter membrane In addition, there are, in parts by weight, 0 to 10 parts of soybean lecithin, 0 to 15 parts of L-A-phosphatidylcholine distearoyl, 0 to 40 parts of sorbitol and 5 parts of cholesterol in the step (). In addition, the solubilizer in the step (2) is formed by mixing polyethylene glycol 6000 with polyvinyl pyrrolidone based on a weight ratio of 2:1. In addition, the volume ratio of the trichloromethane to the ethanol in the step (2) is 2:1. In addition, the pH value of the PBS buffer solution in the step (3) is 6.0 to 7.4, and the temperature of the buffer solution is 30 to 45 'C. In addition, the vacuum evaporation condition in the step (4) is that organic solvents are removed by means of vacuum evaporation below 50 'C. The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: In the invention, liposoluble vitamins are coated in a microcapsule structure of the liposome and form a homogenized and stable water aqua with water-soluble vitamins. The water aqua has stable storage feature in a long time, smaller grain diameter of components and a cytoid structure, and can activate the autoimmune function of organism after entering an animal body so as to keep higher immune level of organism; and meanwhile, a plurality of vitamins can be effectively stored in organism, so that the problems of the loss and the insufficient utilization rate of vitamins in the metabolic process are avoided, the utilization rate and the conversion rate of feeds are remarkably improved, the antibody level of animal organisms is improved and the disease resistance is enhanced.
