Verfahren zur Herstellung 'haltbarer, hochprozentiger Wasserstoffperoxydsalben
Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung einer haltbaren Salbe, deren medizinische Anwendung es ermöglicht, ohne den bislang üblichen apparativen Aufwand dem Organismus unter Umgehung der Lungen Sauerstoff zuzuführen.
Wie eingehende Untersuchungen zeigten, ist es möglich, durch Applikation konzentrierten Wasserstoffperoxyds auf die Haut, Sauerstoff in beträchtlichen Mengen in die Gewebe und in die Blutbahn zu bringen. Um aber einen kontinuierlichen Sauerstoffeinstrom zu gewährleisten, ist es erforderlich, das hochkonzentrierte Wasserstoffperoxyd in geeigneter Form auf die Haut zu geben.
Bekannt sind unstabile, niederprozentige Wasserstoffperoxyd-Salben, die lediglich Bleichzwecken dienen (v. Czetsch-Lindenwald und Schmidt-La Baume "Salben und Salbengrundlagen", Berlin 1939, S. 170 f). Weiter sind Wasserstoffperoxyd-Paraffinzubereitungen für Desinfektionszwecke bekannt, in denen das Wasserstoffperoxyd jedoch so fest eingeschlossen ist, dass ein Sauerstoffeinstrom in Blutbahn und Gewebe nicht erfolgen kann (USA-Patentschrift Nr. 1, 139, 774).
Es wurde gefunden, dass man haltbare, hochprozentige, Sauerstoff ins Gewebe und Blut abgebende Wasserstoffperoxydsalben erhalten kann, wenn man zu synthetischen Grundlagen, wie Lanettewachs, flüssiges Paraffin sowie Ester aus Fettsäuren mit 16-22 C-Atomen und einwertigen Alkoholen mit 6-9 CAtomen Stabilisatoren, wie Acetphenetidin und Malonsäure, in Mengen von unter 10 ; 0 in gelöster Form zugibt, innig vermischt und dann das für die gewünschte Endkonzentration erforderliche hochprozentige Wasserstoffperoxyd zusetzt. Als wirksames Agens wird säurefreies 20-bis 40' iges Wasserstoffperoxyd verwendet. Die Stabilisatoren verhindern die Zersetzung des Wasserstoffperoxyds und ein Schäumen der Salbe.
Die Salben nach der Erfindung entsprechen hinsichtlich Stabilität, Lagerfähigkeit und therapeutischer Wirksamkeit den Erfordernissen der praktischen Therapie.
B e isp ie l l : Es wird eine Salbengrundlage hergestellt, die 5 Teile flüssiges Wachs, 7, 5 Teile flüssiges Paraffin, 20 Teile Lanettewachs und 22, 5 Teile Wasser enthält. Von dieser Salbengrundlage werden zur Herstellung einer 200/aigen Wasserstoffperoxydsalbe 35 g genommen.
Zu ihr gibt man 15 ml einer 0, 75 g enthaltenden alkoholischen Lösung von Acetphenetidin und anschliessend vorsichtig unter Verrühren 100 g 300/oiges Wasserstoffperoxyd in kleinen Anteilen allmählich hinzu.
Beispiel 2 : Es wird eine Salbengrundlage hergestellt, die 5 Teile flüssiges Wachs, 7, 5 Teile flüssiges Paraffin, 20 Teile Lanettewachs und 30 Teile Wasser enthält. Von dieser Salbengrundlage werden zur Herstellung einer 200/aigen Wasserstoffperoxydsalbe 70 g genommen.
Zu ihr gibt man 5 ml einer 1 g enthaltenden wässerigen Lösung von Malonsäure und anschliessend vorsichtig unter Verrühren 75 g 40%igues Wasserstoffperoxyd in kleinen Anteilen allmählich hinzu.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung haltbarer, hochprozentiger, Sauerstoff ins Gewebe und Blut abgebender Wasserstoffperoxydsalben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zu synthetischen Salbengrundlagen, die aus 20-401o Lanettewachs, 8-165o flüssigem Paraffin, 5 - 10% Estern aus Fettsäuren mit 16-22 C-Atomen und einwertigen Alkoholen mit 6 - 9 C-Atomen und 34-67% Wasser bestehen, Stabilisatoren, wie Phenacetin und Malonsäure, gelöst in Mengen von unter 1% zugibt, innig vermischt und dann das für die gewünschte Endkonzentration erforderliche Wasserstoffperoxyd von mehr als 30% H 0-Gehalt zusetzt.
