Abstract
Se producen cristales de alulosa de manera eficiente a partir de un jarabe de alulosa usando cristales semilla. Reivindicación 1: Un método para producir cristales de alulosa, estando el método caracterizado porque comprende: a) enfriar y agitar una primera mezcla que comprende una primera porción de jarabe de alulosa y una primera porción de cristales de alulosa e iniciar la cristalización de alulosa disuelta en el jarabe de alulosa, formando así una primera masa cocida que comprende cristales de alulosa y un primer licor madre que contiene alulosa disuelta residual, el enfriamiento y agitación continúan hasta que se alcanza un primer rendimiento objetivo preseleccionado de los cristales de alulosa; b) separar la primera masa cocida en una primera porción y una segunda porción; c) combinar una segunda porción de jarabe de alulosa con la segunda porción de la primera masa cocida para formar una segunda mezcla; y c) enfriar y agitar la segunda mezcla e iniciar la cristalización de alulosa disuelta en la segunda porción de jarabe de alulosa, formando así una segunda masa cocida que comprende cristales de alulosa y un segundo licor madre que contiene alulosa disuelta residual, el enfriamiento y agitación se continúan hasta que se alcanza un segundo rendimiento objetivo preseleccionado de los cristales de alulosa.
