Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un método de control de plantas que comprende: tratamiento de una planta con una composición que comprende un polinucleótido y un agente de transferencia, en donde dicho polinucleótido es esencialmente idéntico o esencialmente complementario a una porción de una secuencia génica de EPSPS o su fragmento o una porción de un transcripto de ARN de dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS o su fragmento, en donde dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS está seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 1 - 120 o su fragmento de polinucleótido, en donde dicho crecimiento o desarrollo de la planta o capacidad reproductiva se reduce o dicha planta es más sensible a un herbicida de inhibidor de EPSPS respecto a una planta no tratada con dicha composición. Reivindicación 11: Una composición que comprende un polinucleótido y un agente de transferencia, en donde dicho polinucleótido es esencialmente idéntico o esencialmente complementario a una secuencia génica de EPSPS o su fragmento o a un transcripto de ARN de dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS, en donde dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS está seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 1 - 120 o su fragmento de polinucleótido y en donde una planta tratada con dicha composición tiene su crecimiento o desarrollo o capacidad reproductiva regulada, suprimida o retrasada o dicha planta es más sensible a un herbicida de inhibidor de EPSPS como resultado de dicho polinucleótido que contiene la composición respecto a una planta no tratada con dicha composición. Reivindicación 21: Un método de reducción de la expresión de un gen de EPSPS en una planta que comprende: aplicación externa a una planta de una composición que comprende un polinucleótido y un agente de transferencia, en donde dicho polinucleótido es esencialmente idéntico o esencialmente complementario a una secuencia génica de EPSPS o al transcripto de ARN de dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS, en donde dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS está seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 1 - 120 o su fragmento de polinucleótido, en donde dicha expresión de dicho gen de EPSPS está reducida respecto a una planta a la que no se aplicó la composición. Reivindicación 25: Un casete de expresión microbiana que comprende un fragmento de polinucleótido que tiene una longitud de 19 nucleótidos contiguos, 20 nucleótidos contiguos o al menos 21 nucleótidos contiguos y es al menos el 85% idéntico a una secuencia génica de EPSPS seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 1 - 120. Reivindicación 31: Una composición química agrícola que comprende una mezcla de un polinucleótido y un herbicida de glifosato y un coherbicida, en donde dicho polinucleótido es esencialmente idéntico o esencialmente complementario a una porción de una secuencia génica de EPSPS o su fragmento o una porción de un transcripto de ARN de dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS o su fragmento, en donde dicha secuencia génica de EPSPS está seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 1 - 120 o su fragmento de polinucleótido y en donde una planta tratada con dicha composición tiene su crecimiento o desarrollo o capacidad reproductiva regulada, suprimida o retrasada o dicha planta es más sensible a un herbicida de inhibidor de EPSPS como resultado de dicho polinucleótido que contiene la composición respecto a una planta no tratada con dicha composición. Reivindicación 35: Una molécula de polinucleótido aplicada a la superficie de una planta que mejora la sensibilidad de dicha planta a una composición herbicida que contiene glifosato, en donde dicho polinucleótido comprende un polinucleótido homólogo o complementario que tiene al menos 85% de identidad con un polinucleótido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 3781 - 3789.
