Abstract
La presente se refiere a composiciones X que comprenden las siguientes sustancias: (1) L-valina; (2) maltol; (3) naringina; (4) maltodextrina MD 14 (5) goma arábiga (goma de atomización); (6) acetoina; (7) d dodecalactona; (8) d decalactona; y (9) massoia lactona; para utilizar las composiciones X a los efectos de modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o eliminar un sabor anormal desagradable, la perduración de sabor o dulzura persistente de al menos un edulcorante, intensificador de la dulzura o un producto consumible; y se refiere también a un proceso para preparar las composiciones X. Además, la presente se refiere a composiciones edulcorantes que comprenden al menos un edulcorante y las composiciones X; un método para proporcionar composiciones edulcorantes o intensificadoras de la dulzura; métodos para modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o eliminar la dulzura de al menos un edulcorante o intensificador de la dulzura; y a composiciones edulcorantes de mesa que comprenden las composiciones X. La presente se refiere también a composiciones de productos consumibles que comprenden un producto consumible y las composiciones X; métodos para modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o eliminar un sabor anormal desagradable, un sabor perdurable o la dulzura persistente de una composición de producto consumible; y métodos para convenir un rico sabor a un producto de consumo.
