Abstract

El presente invento se relaciona con una composición edulcorante que comprende neohesperidina dihidrochalcona (NHDC) y gama-ciclodextrina, con el uso de la composición edulcorante para endulzar productos ingeribles, es decir, productos alimenticios y farmacéuticos, y con un producto ingerible que comprende la composición edulcorante. Además, el presente invento también se relaciona con el uso de una composición que comprende neohesperidina dihidrochalcona y una ciclodextrina seleccionada a partir de betaciclodextrina y gama-ciclodextrina como agente de enmascaramiento del gusto, con un proceso para enmascarar sabores desagradables en productos ingeribles, es decir, en productos alimenticios y farmacéuticos, y con productos ingeribles que comprenden sustancias de sabor desagradable y la composición de enmascaramiento del gusto
