Claims (16)

1. Подслащивающая композиция, содержащая неогесперидин дигидрхалкон и гамма-циклодекстрин.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет от 1,5:1 до 1:10.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет от 1,5:1 до 1:6.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет примерно 1:1.
5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет примерно 1 ± 0,1 : 1 ± 0,1.
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет 1 ± 0,05 : 1 ± 0,05.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет примерно 1:3.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет примерно 1 ± 0,1 : 3 ± 0,3.
9. Композиция по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что молярное соотношение неогесперидин дигидрохалкон:гамма-циклодекстрин составляет 1 ± 0,05 : 3 ± 0,15.
10. Применение подслащивающей композиции по любому из пп. 1-9 для подслащивания съедобного продукта.
11. Применение по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что съедобный продукт выбран из пищевого продукта и фармацевтического продукта.
12. Способ подслащивания съедобного продукта, включающий добавление подслащивающей композиции по любому из пп. 1-9 к съедобному продукту.
13. Съедобный продукт, содержащий подслащивающую композицию по любому из пп. 1-9.
14. Применение композиции, содержащей неогесперидин дигидрохалкон и циклодекстрин, выбранный из бета-циклодекстрина и гамма-циклодекстрина, в качестве агента, маскирующего вкус.
15. Способ маскирования неприятного вкуса съедобного продукта, который содержит по меньшей мере одно вещество с неприятным вкусом, включающий добавление к съедобному продукту композиции, маскирующей вкус, содержащей неогесперидин дигидрохалкон и циклодекстрин, выбранный из бета-циклодекстрина и гамма-циклодекстрина.
16. Съедобный продукт, который содержит по меньшей мере одно вещество с неприятным вкусом и композицию для маскирования вкуса, содержащую неогесперидин дигидрохалкон и циклодекстрин, выбранный из бета-циклодекстрина и гамма-циклодекстрина.
