Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una formulación agrícola en suspensión en base de aceite que comprende un ingrediente activo suspendido en forma finamente dividida en un aceite; y al menos un tensioactivo seleccionado entre un condensado de polialquilenglicol-ácido graso o un condensado de éter de polialquilenglicol-ácido graso formado a partir de una reacción entre un compuesto de estructura de fórmula (1) y un compuesto de estructura de fórmula (2), donde: R1 = H o un radical de alquilo C1-30; A y B son grupos etileno o propileno en forma sucesiva o aleatoria; n = 0 ó > 1; y m = 0 ó > 1, y donde: n + m > 34; R2 = radical de alquileno o alquilo C8-30 (ramificado o lineal); y x = > 1.Reivindicación 2: Una formulación agrícola en suspensión en base de aceite de acuerdo con la reivindicaciones 1, donde el tensioactivo comprende un condensado dibloque de polietilenglicol que presenta un peso molecular mayor que 1.500 unidades de masa atómica y un copolímero de ácido polihidroxiesteárico con un rango de condensación mayor que 2 unidades. Reivindicación 3: Una formulación agrícola en suspensión en base de aceite de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde el tensioactivo comprende al menos un condensado monobloque de un condensado de éter de polialquilenglicol-ácido graso, donde el éter de polialquilenglicol es un butiléter de copolímero de óxido de etileno-óxido de propileno que presenta un peso molecular mayor que 1.800 unidades de masa atómica y el condensado de ácido graso es un copolímero de ácido polihidroxiesteárico con un rango de condensación mayor que 2 unidades. Reivindicación 6: Una formulación agrícola en suspensión en base de aceite de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde el ingrediente activo se selecciona entre Mancozeb, Diuron, Atrazine y Captan, o sus mezclas. Reivindicación 7: Una formulación agrícola en suspensión en base de aceite de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6, donde el ingrediente activo es Mancozeb. Reivindicación 16: Un método para la preparación de una formulación OD que comprende un ingrediente activo que comprende, a su vez, los siguientes pasos: a) preparación de una premezcla de solución de tensioactivos mediante la combinación de al menos un tensioactivo seleccionado entre un condensado de polialquilenglicol-ácido graso o un condensado de éter de polialquilenglicol-ácido graso de la presente con un tensioactivo y un aceite para dar un líquido; b) dispersión del ingrediente activo en la solución de tensioactivo mediante la agitación o bien, una mezcla de alto corte; c) trituración de la dispersión del ingrediente activo para lograr un tamaño de partícula promedio comprendido entre 1 y 12 mm; d) agregado de agentes emulsionantes tensioactivos; y e) ajuste opcional de la concentración final del contenido de ingrediente activo mediante el agregado adicional de aceite y otros ingredientes requeridos, donde los pasos a) a d) se llevan a cabo en cualquier orden. Reivindicación 17: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 16, donde el paso (e) incluye el agregado de un copolímero tipo goma como agente anti-sedimentación adicional.
