Description
ことができるわけではないという点で限界がある。さらにそのような安定化剤は油相中の増粘構造の形成を助けるために、水のような少量の親水性の作用物質の使用を必要とすることが多い。多くの場合でシリカと水の使用は、有効成分の化学分解を回避するために無水である調合剤の目的を無効にする。多くの場合で、望ましくない沈降を防止するために必要なシリカ安定化剤の量も、高度に粘稠で使用には現実的でない調合剤を導く。
ポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸ポリ縮合物ブロックコポリマー界面活性剤は、油性系の分散剤として使用することができ、そしてまたそのような界面活性剤は水中油および油中水系の両方に乳化剤として作用できることも知られているが、このような界面活性剤の特定の範囲のものが単独または組み合わせて使用した時に、それらの分散および乳化機能を維持しながら農薬用の油性調合剤に構造化剤(structuring agent)としても作用できることが予期せず見出された。驚くべきことに本発明者は、本明細書に記載する方法に従い使用された場合、ODまたはOF調合剤のような油性の農業用調合剤の物理的安定性を大きく改善できる特定のポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物およびポリアルキレングリコールエーテル−脂肪酸ポリ縮合物ブロックコポリマーを同定した。

との間の反応から形成されるポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物またはポリアルキレングリコールエーテル脂肪酸縮合物から選択される少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を含んでなる農業用の油性懸濁調合剤が提供される。
切な油相には周囲温度で任意の液体を含み、この液体は結晶の成長または物理的不安定性を生じてしまうに足る有効成分を溶解しない。
T85脂肪酸エトキシレート、スルホスクシネート、例えばTERMUL(登録商標)
3665乳化剤、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸のアミンおよびカルシウム塩、例えばNANSA(登録商標) EVMの商品群の群から選択することができ、これらすべてがHuntsman Corporationから入手可能である。
a)本発明のポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物またはポリアルキレングリコールエーテル脂肪酸縮合物から選択される少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を、界面活性剤および油と合わせて液体を与えることにより界面活性剤溶液プレミックスを調製し;
b)有効成分を、撹拌または高剪断混合のいずれかにより界面活性剤溶液に分散し;
c)粒子サイズの平均を1〜12ミクロンの範囲にするために、有効成分分散物を粉砕し;
d)界面活性乳化剤を加え;そして
e)場合により追加の油および他の必要な成分を加えることにより有効成分含量の最終濃度を調整する;
工程を含んでなり、ここで工程a)〜d)は任意の順序で行われる。
以下の記載は本発明の具体的態様に関するのみであり、そして本発明の範囲をこれらの具体的態様に限定することを全く意図していない。特に以下の記載は本質的に限定と言うより例である。本発明の本質から必ずしも逸脱しない開示した方法に対する変更および修飾は、当業者には明白となるだろう。

。このMancozebプレミックスをビーズミルに移し、そして5ミクロン(μm)未満の平均粒子サイズ(d0.5)が得られるまで粉砕を続行する。TERMUL(登録商標) 3665乳化剤をこの粉砕したプレミックスに高剪断下で加えた。次いで最終調合剤はさらにHYDROSEAL(登録商標) G250Hで所定容量とし、そして混合物を均一になるまで撹拌した。

Claims (20)
- 油中に微細に分割された状態で懸濁された有効成分;および構造(1)を有する化合物と構造(2)を有する化合物:
AおよびBは連続またはランダムなエチレンまたはプロピレン基であり;
n=0または>1;そして
m=0または>1,
そして式中、 n+m>34;
R2=C8−C30アルキルまたはアルキレン基(分岐または直線状);そして
x=>1]
の間の反応から形成されるポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物またはポリアルキレングリコールエーテル脂肪酸縮合物から選択される少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を含んでなる懸濁調合剤であって、20℃〜54℃の温度範囲の貯蔵で少なくとも14日間沈降に対する実質的な安定性を示す、農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。 - 界面活性剤が、1500amuより大きい分子量を有するポリエチレングリコール、および2単位より大きい縮合範囲のポリヒドロキシステアリン酸コポリマーのジブロック縮合物を含んでなる請求項1に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- 界面活性剤が、ポリアルキレングリコールエーテル−脂肪酸縮合物の少なくとも1つのモノブロック縮合物を含んでなり、ポリアルキレングリコールエーテルが1800amuより大きい分子量を有するエチレンオキシド−プロピレンオキシドコポリマーブチルエーテルであり、そして脂肪酸縮合物が2単位より大きい縮合範囲のポリヒドロキシステアリン酸コポリマーである、請求項1に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- 調合剤が油分散体(“OD”)または油混和性フロワブル(“OF”)調合剤から選択される請求項1に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- OD調合剤が追加の沈降防止剤としてさらに乳化剤および/またはゴム型コポリマーを含んでなる、請求項4に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- 有効成分がMancozeb,Diuron,AtrazineおよびCaptanまたはそれらの混合物から選択される請求項1に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- 有効成分がMancozebである請求項6に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- Mancozebが400g/Lより高い濃度で存在する請求項7に記載の農業用の油性懸濁剤。
- Mancozebが580g/Lより高い濃度で存在する請求項8に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤。
- 調合剤中、2〜10重量/容量%の範囲のポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物またはポリアルキレングリコールエーテル脂肪酸縮合物の使用率を有する請求項1に記載の農業用の油性懸濁調合剤の適用法。
- 調合剤中の使用率が3〜8重量/容量%の範囲である、請求項10に記載の適用法。
- 有効成分がMancozeb,Diuron,AtrazineおよびCaptanまたはそれらの混合物から選択される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 有効成分がMancozebである請求項12に記載の方法。
- Mancozebが400g/Lより高い濃度で存在する請求項13に記載の方法。
- Mancozebが580g/Lより高い濃度で存在する請求項14に記載の方法。
- 有効成分を含んでなり、20℃〜54℃の温度範囲の貯蔵で少なくとも14日間沈降に対する実質的な安定性を示す、OD調合剤の調製法であって:
a)本発明のポリアルキレングリコール−脂肪酸縮合物またはポリアルキレングリコールエーテル脂肪酸縮合物から選択される少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を、界面活性剤および油と合わせて液体を与えることにより界面活性剤溶液プレミックスを調製し;
b)有効成分を、撹拌または高剪断混合のいずれかにより界面活性剤溶液に分散し;
c)粒子サイズの平均を1〜12ミクロンの範囲にするために、有効成分分散物を粉砕し;
d)界面活性乳化剤を加え;そして
e)場合により追加の油および他の必要な成分を加えることにより、有効成分含量の最終濃度を調整する;
工程を含んでなり、ここで工程a)〜d)は任意の順序で行われる、上記調製法。 - 工程(e)が、追加の沈降防止剤としてゴム型コポリマーを加えることを含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- 有効成分がMancozeb,Diuron,AtrazineまたはCaptanまたはそれらの混合物から選択される請求項17に記載の方法。
- 有効成分がMancozebである請求項18に記載の方法。
- Mancozebが400g/Lより高い濃度で存在する請求項19に記載の方法。
