Abstract
Un electrodo apto para ser utilizado como cátodo de evolucion de hidrogeno con procesos electrolíticos es obtenido por descomposicion térmica de un precursor constituido por una solucion acética de nitratos de rutenio y opcionalmente de tierras raras. El electrodo muestra un bajo sobrepotencial catodico de evolucion de hidrogeno, una tolerancia mejorada a los fenomenos de inversion de corriente y una alta duracion en condiciones de funcionamiento industrial.
