Устройство для применения при получении металлов электролитическими способами, содержащее множество анодов (2) и множество катодов (1) в чередующейся конфигурации, в которой каждая состоящая из анода и катода пара образует ячейку; множество источников (9) питания, причем каждая ячейка связана с одним или больше чем одним соответствующим источником питания; и источники питания организованы таким образом, чтобы регулировать постоянный ток в одной или большем количестве ячеек до заданной величины.
