Abstract
Электролизная ячейка, оборудованная сепаратором, подходящая для хлорщелочного электролиза, имеет плоский гибкий катод, поддерживаемый в контакте с сепаратором упругим проводящим элементом, прижатым распределителем тока и анодом, состоящим из перфорированного листа или сетки, поддерживающего(ей) сепаратор. Ячейка пригодна для предварительной сборки отдельно и использования в качестве элементарной единицы модульного комплекта для образования электролизера, концевые ячейки которого соединены только с источником электрического питания; непрерывность электрической цепи между смежными ячейками обеспечивается проводящими контактными полосами, прикрепленными к наружным анодным стенкам оболочек, ограничивающих каждую ячейку. Жесткость катодного распределителя тока и анодной конструкции и упругость проводящего элемента совместно способствуют поддержанию равномерного контакта катода и сепаратора с равномерным распределением давления, одновременно обеспечивая подходящую механическую нагрузку на контактные полосы.
