Claims (6)
- カソードシェルとアノードシェルとを備える電気分解セルであって、
前記カソードシェルおよび前記アノードシェルは、カソードの周辺に設けられる周辺ガスケットと、アノードの周辺に設けられる周辺ガスケットと、セパレータとを介在して周辺のボルト締めによって相互に締め付けられ、前記セパレータはカソード区画及びアノード区画の間に設けられ、
前記カソードシェルは、前記カソードに対して垂直な複数の内部カソード細長片上に固定された穿孔シートまたはメッシュの形の電流分配器と、前記電流分配器に電気的に接触し、前記セパレータと一様に接触する穿孔シートまたはメッシュの形の可撓性カソードと、前記電流分配器と前記可撓性カソードの間に配置された導電性弾性素子とを含み、
前記アノードシェルは、前記アノードに対して垂直な複数の内部アノード細長片に接して固定された前記セパレータと一様に接触する穿孔シートまたはメッシュの形のアノードと、前記内部アノード細長片に直接対応する位置に外部に配置された複数の導電性のアノード接触細長片とを含み、
前記アノードが、前記内部アノード細長片のそれぞれの対の間に導入されたV字形素子の先端によってさらに支持される、電気分解セル。 - 前記弾性素子が、少なくとも2つの並置された波形の布状体からなる、請求項1に記載の電気分解セル。
- 前記弾性素子が、互いに貫入した複数のコイルのマットからなる、請求項1に記載の電気分解セル。
- 前記互いに貫入した複数のコイルが、少なくとも2つの金属線から形成される、請求項3に記載の電気分解セル。
- 前記セパレータはイオン交換膜であり、前記カソードシェル、前記電流分配器、前記カソード細長片、前記カソード、および前記弾性素子は、ニッケル製であり、前記アノードシェル、前記内部アノード細長片、および前記アノードは、チタン製であり、前記外部に配置された前記アノード接触細長片は、ニッケル層で被覆されたチタン製である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電気分解セル。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の、個別に事前に組み立てられた複数の電気分解セルのモジュール構成からなる電解装置。
