Abstract
La solicitud se refiere a un procedimiento para la produccion continua de aldehídos C10 alfa,beta-insaturados a partir de aldehídos C5 alifáticos, que abarca los pasos siguientes: condensacion de aldol a partir de aldehídos C5 alifáticos de manera de obtener aldehídos C10 alfa,beta-insaturados en la presencia de una base acuosa en un reactor tubular; separacion de fases de material que egresa del reactor tubular en una fase acuosa del catalizador y una fase orgánica del producto. La separacion de la fase orgánica del producto en aldehídos C10 alfa,beta-insaturados, aldehídos C5 alifáticos y productos secundarios; rebalse de una parte de la fase acuosa del catalizador para remover el agua de la reaccion, y completar con lejía fresca y subsiguiente reconduccion al reactor tubular. La solicitud tiene por objeto perfeccionar un procedimiento de este tipo, de manera que requiera un menor insumo energético. Esto se logra dispersando los aldehídos C5 alifáticos y/o los aldehídos C10 alfa,beta-insaturados en forma de gotitas en la base acuosa, teniendo el diámetro de Sauter promedio de las gotitas un valor entre 0,2 mm y 2 mm.
