Abstract
Bebidas a base de leche vacuna y de soja ligeramente ácidas y métodos para prepararlas. Las bebidas a base de leche vacuna y de soja ligeramente ácidas generalmente comprenden un producto lácteo y un sistema estabilizador a un pH ligeramente ácido, en el rango de entre 5,0 y 6,0. En formas de realizacion particulares, la bebida también comprende uno o más componentes para proveerle un sabor frutal a la bebida láctea acidificada.
