Abstract

Bebidas a base de leche vacuna y de soja ligeramente ácidas y métodos para prepararlas. Las bebidas a base de leche vacuna y de soja ligeramente ácidas generalmente comprenden un producto lácteo y un sistema estabilizador a un pH ligeramente ácido, en el rango de entre 5,0 y 6,0.
