Abstract
Secuencias de ácidos nucleicos y constructos de expresion que los codifican, y métodos para la produccion recombinante de péptidos mediante el uso de dichas proteínas precursoras. Reivindicacion 1: Una proteína precursora caracterizada porque comprende una secuencia repetitiva, que puede ser escindida de los elementos de péptido deseado (Pep) y los elementos de péptido auxiliar (Aux) de la formula general: (Pep-Aux)x o (Aux-Pep)x donde x >1, en donde los elementos Aux son idénticos o diferentes y comprenden elementos de secuencias de aminoácidos que imparten a dicha proteína precursora propiedades de autoensamblaje; y los elementos Pep son idénticos o diferentes y comprenden las secuencias de aminoácidos de moléculas peptidicas idénticas o diferentes.
