Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предложены самосборные белковые наночастицы со встроенными белками с шестиспиральным пучком. Белки или пептиды, содержащие петлевую область, стабилизированы путем их присоединения к белкам с шестиспиральным пучком (six-helix bundle, SHB) и их интеграции в самосборные белковые наночастицы (self-assembling protein nanoparticles, SAPN).
