Abstract

El procedimiento parte de una solución de fibrinógeno purificada y ajustada procediendo a la congelación y la descongelación posterior de la solución purificada y ajustable obtenida a una temperatura comprendida entre 5 y 20° C, procediendo después a la separación de los materiales insolubilizados asociados al fibrinógeno y al ajuste de temperatura y nanofiltración posterior de la solución resultante con filtros de hasta tamano de poro inferior a 35 nm.. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la eliminación de virus en soluciones de fibrinógeno de aplicación terapéutica, partiendo de una solución de fibrinógeno procedente de plasma humano previamente purificado, con una pureza igual o superior al 80 % de fibrinógeno con respecto al total de proteínas, caracterizado por proceder a la estabilización y congelación de la solución y posterior descongelación de la misma a una temperatura comprendida entre 5 y 20 %, procediendo después a la separación de los materiales insolubilizados y a la dilución de la proteína y nanofiltración de la solución resultante con filtros hasta un tamano de poro inferior a 35 nm..
