Abstract
Se refiere a compuestos de formula 1 en donde R1 significa hidrogeno o alquilo inferior; R2, R2' significan, independientemente entre sí, hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, alcoxilo inferior, halogeno o trifluorometilo; X significa O, S o dos átomos de hidrogeno que no forman un puente; A1 / A2 significan, independientemente entre sí, fenilo o un heterociclo de 6 miembros que contiene 1 o 2 átomos de nitrogeno; B es un grupo de Formula 2 en donde R3 significa alquilo inferior, alquenilo inferior, alquinilo inferior, bencilo, alquilo inferior-cicloalquilo, alquilo inferior-ciano, alquilo inferior-piridinilo, alquilo inferior-alcoxilo inferior-fenilo, alquilo inferior-fenilo, el cual está opcionalmente sustituido con alcoxilo inferior o fenilo, el cual esta opcionalmente sustituido mediante alcoxilo inferior o alquilo inferior-tienilo, cicloalquilo, alquilo inferior-trifluorometilo o alquilo inferior-morfolinilo; Y significa -O-, -S- o un enlace; Z significa -O- o -S-; o B es un grupo heterocíclico de 5 miembros, de formulas3, 4, 5 o 6 en donde R4 y R5 significan hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, ciclohexilo, alquilo inferior-ciclohexilo o trifluorometilo, con la condicion de que por lo menos uno de R4 o R5 tiene que ser hidrogeno; así como sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. Estos compuestos pueden emplearse para el control o prevencion de trastornos neurologicos agudos y/o cronicos tales como la funcion cerebral restringida ocasionada por operaciones de bypass o trasplantes, pobre suministro sanguíneo al cerebro, lesiones de la médula espinal, lesiones de la cabeza, hipoxia causada por el embarazo, paro cardíaco, hipoglucemia, enfermedad de Alzheimer, corea de Huntington, ALS, demencia causada por el SIDA, lesiones del ojo, retinopatía, trastornos cognitivos, déficits de memoria, esquizofrenia, parkinsonismo idiopático o parkinsonismo causado por medicamentos así como también condiciones que conducen a funciones con deficiencia de glutamato, tales como p.ej., espasmos musculares, convulsiones, migrana, incontinencia urinaria, adiccion a la nicotina, psicosis, adiccion a los opiáceos, ansiedad, vomitos, dolor agudo y cronico, disquinesis y depresion.
