Abstract
Un método para controlar un proceso de deshidratacion por congelamiento en un aparato (1) que contiene una o más muestras (9) de un material a liofilizar, comprende los pasos de dirigir una radiacion de entrada hacia la muestra (9), con la radiacion de entrada generando radiacion de salida por interaccion con la muestra (9); recoger por lo menos parte de la radiacion de salida y llevar la radiacion así captada un analizador de radiacion (11); y analizar espectroscopicamente la radiacion capta a ada en el analizador de radiacion (11) para obtener un valor de medicion de uno o más parámetros de la deshidratacion por congelamiento de la muestra (9), tal como la temperatura de la muestra (9) y/o el contenido de un solvente en la muestra (9) y /o la estructura de la muestra (9).
