Abstract

Se describe un producto alimenticio fortificado que comprende una cantidad fortificante de un compuesto inorgánico preparado a partir de fuentes de hierroferroso o férrico, fosfato y amonio. Estos compuestos proveen un sistema de fortificacion con hi erro que no afecta perjudicialmente las propiedadesorganolépticas del producto alimenticio, y el cuál es particularmente util para productos que contienen polifenoles (cacao, té, etc.), o que tienen uncontenido alto de grasas. Se revela además el pro cedimiento para preparar dicho alimento fortificado.
