Patente de invenção: "macarrão instantâneo frito em óleo contendo ferro e seu processo de preparação". A presente invenção refere-se a um macarrão instantâneo frito em óleo que compreende uma quantidade de ferro entre 26 e 35 mg por 100 g de macarrão, entre 1 e 20% de óleo, entre 60 e 90% de farinha, até 2% do ingrediente kansui e um conteúdo de água entre 2 e 12%.
