Abstract

Una mezcla para la fabricacion de un cuerpo conformado no sinterizado capaz de ser sinterizado a temperaturas más altas, que se compone de A)una primerafase que contiene partículas compuestas de un metal y/o una aleacion metálica y/o un compuestomet álico; y B)una segunda fase que contiene partículas del grupode compuestos inorgánicos que por encima de 400s no liberan productos de descomposicion que son solubles intersticialmente en la fase metálica en proceso desinterizacion y/o quereaccionan con la misma para formar compuestos estables. Por medio de la segunda fase, la mezcla ofrece a la primera fase un efecto deapoyo eficiente contra las fuerzas de la tension superficial durante el proceso de sinterizacion. Durante elproceso de sinteri zacion, la segunda fase quedapor un lado térmicamente estable y además es ampliamente químicamente inerte con respecto a la primera fase. Comprende también dicho cuerpo conformado capaz deser sinterizado y un procedimiento para lafabricacion del mis mo con dicha mezcla, cuerpos conformados metálicos con poros abiertos, un procedimiento parafabricarlos, y uso de los mismos. El proceso de fabricacion de cuerpos con poros abiertos consiste en calentamiento del mismo nosinterizado hastasinterizacio n de las partículas de la primera fase para formar una estructura de poros abiertos, siendo las partículas de la segunda fase eliminadas de losporos del cuerpo conformado durante o luego del proceso de sinterizacion.
