Abstract

Esta invencion se refiere a un tamiz molecular que tiene sitios catalíticos ácidos y a un método para mantener los sitios catalíticos ácidos de un tamizmolecular de silicoaluminofosfato que contiene un molde. El método comprende la produccion de un tamiz molecular de silicoaluminofosfato que contiene un moldey el calentamiento del tamiz molecular en un ambiente desprovisto de oxígeno en condiciones efectivas para mantener o preservar el numero de sitios catalíticosácidos. El tamiz molecular calentado exhibe por lo menos un pico en una region de infrarrojos en un rango de 3630 cm-1 a 3580 cm-1. De preferencia, el tamizmolecular calentado exhibe un área de picos total en el rango de 3630 cm-1 a 3580 cm-1 de por lo menos 10% del área de picostotal en una region de infrarrojosde 4000 cm-1 a 3400 cm-1.
