Abstract
Se revela una secuencia de ADN y secuencias hibridizantes con la misma que codifican para una HPPD. También se revela el modulo de expresion que contieneun promotor y dicha secuencia de ADN, y la utilizacion del mismo para la transformacion deplanta s mediante la introduccion de dicho modulo de expresion encélulas vegetales, tejido calloso, en plantas enteras o protoplastos de células vegetales. También se describen plantas (soja, cebada, avena, trigo, etc) concontenido de vitamina Eaumentado y que contienen dichos modulos de expresion, como así también, el procedimiento para su produccion y la utilizacion de losmodulos de expresion para la produccion de dichas plantas. Otro de los objetos trata sobre la utilizacion de losmodulos de expre sion para la elaboracion desistemas de ensayo para identificar inhibidores de la HPPD y los sistemas de ensayo basados en la expresion de un modulo de expresion. Además se describen lassustancias herbicidas identificables con dichosistema de ensayos , la utilizacion de una planta para elaborar HPPD vegetal, la utilizacion de los modulos deexpresion para la produccion de plantas con resistencia aumentada frente a inhibidores de la HPPD, el procedimiento para la produccion deplantas conresistenci a aumentada frente a inhibidores de la HPPD y las plantas con resistencia aumentada frente a inhibidores de la HPPD.
