Abstract
Método de produccion de una apolipoproteína en las plantas. En una realizacion se proporciona un método para la expresion de la apolipoproteína en las plantas que comprende: 8S) proporcionar un constructo quimérico de ácido nucleico que comprende, en la direccion de transcripcion de 5??a 3??, los siguientes elementos como componentes unidos funcionalmente; (i) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que puede controlar la expresion en las células de las plantas, y (ii) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido de una apolipoproteína; (b) introducir el constructo quimérico de ácido nucleico en una célula de una planta; y cultivar la célula de la planta en una planta madura que puede producir semilla en donde la semilla expresa la apolipoproteína. Reivindicacion 39:Una composicion que comprende sustancialmente cuerpos oleosos puros que comprenden apolipoproteína obtenida de plantas.
