Abstract
Métodos para manipular el rendimiento y tiempo de generacion de plantas, especialmente plantas de día corto, tal como soja. Los métodos comprenden manipular senales externas tales como condiciones de días largos, condiciones de días cortos, medio de cultivo, y suministro de nutrientes. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para manipular el rendimiento de una planta de día corto, caracterizado porque dicho método comprende: iniciar el cultivo de por lo menos una planta de día corto en condiciones de cultivo de días largos; controlar el ambiente de la por lo menos una planta de día corto para proveer condiciones de cultivo de días cortos durante aproximadamente 3 y aproximadamente 21 días; y retornar a la planta a las condiciones de cultivo de días largos.
