Abstract
Una célula vegetal que comprende el gen quimérico, uso de dicho gen para la expresion preferencial de un ARN biologicamente activo en raíces de una planta. Reivindicacion 1: Un gen quimérico, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes regiones de ADN ligadas operativamente: a) un promotor con preferencia por raíces de maíz que comprende la secuencia de nucleotidos de la SEQ ID Ns:14 desde el nucleotido de la posicion 1 basta el nucleotido de la posicion 1280 o una secuencia de nucleotidos que presente al menos el 95% de identidad de secuencia con la misma; b) una region de ADN heterologo que codifica el ARN biologicamente activo de interés; y c) una senal de poliadenilacion y de terminacion de la transcripcion.
