Un procedimiento para dar forma a una oblea, el cual comprende los pasos de: a) ablandar la oblea mediante el uso de radiacion infrarroja; b) moldear laoblea ablandada hasta darle la forma deseada; y c) enfriar la oblea. Se refiere además a un producto de crema helada que comprende una oblea moldeada usandodicho procedimiento y una crema helada.
