Abstract

Método para la fabricación automática de contenedores de vidrio (20) con pies, bases u otros elementos decorativos (18, 34), que comprende las siguientes etapas: - formación de una vela (8) por soplado o prensado de una primera gota (1) de vidrio derretido en un molde o estampa formadora (3) y un molde o estampa de acabado (4), dentro de la cual estampa de acabado se puede deslizar un pistón para formar la boca final o terminar el contenedor (20); - inversión de la vela así formada e introducción de la misma dentro de un molde o estampa de soplado (10); - soplado de aire dentro de la vela para hacer que la misma asuma su forma final definida por la estampa de soplado; - transferencia del contenedor formado de esta manera en estado caliente a una máquina de prensado por medio de una cinta o transportador; - nueva inversión del contenedor y emplazamiento del mismo sobre un asiento (21) que mantiene al contenedor centrado con respecto a un molde o estampa (22) que circunda al fondo del contenedor externamente, pudiendo dicha estampa tener una incisión en su superficie interna enfrentada al fondo del contenedor, la cual incisión se compone de un dibujo decorativo; - prensado por medio de un pistón (24) de una segunda gota de vidrio, que podría tener un color diferente al de la primera gota de vidrio, directamente dentro de la estampa (22), la cual segunda gota de vidrio asume así la forma de la cavidad formada por la superficie interna de la propia estampa (22), la superficie de prensado del pistón (24) y la porción de la superficie externa del fondo del contenedor que está encerrada por la estampa (22).
