Abstract

Una planta de desodorización para el tratamiento de aceites grasos comprende un recipiente (1) conectado a un fuente de vacío. En el recipientehay una columna de destilación llena con material de envase estructurado; a través de esa columna el aceite que será desodorizado se hace circular bajo lainfluencia de la gravedad y se reune con un gas de desodorización en contra-corriente. En el recipiente también hay una serie de bandejas parala recolección de aceite, provistas de salidas de drenaje en su parte inferior. El aceite se trata con gas de desodorización de un modo discontinuo en estasbandejas. El recipiente está provisto de una entrada (7) para el aceite y de una conexión (2) a una fuente de vacío en su partesuperior. En su parteinferior hay una salida (9) para el aceite.
