Abstract

Una planta de desosdorizacion para tratamiento de aceites grasos comprende un recipiente (1) conectado con una fuente de vacío. En el recipiente hay una columna de destilacion llenada con un material de empaque estructurado a través de cuya columna el aceite que se desodorizará se hace fluir bajo la influencia de gravedad y se fusiona en contracorriente con un gas de desodorizacion. En el recipiente hay también un numero de bandejas para la recoleccion del aceite proporcionadas con salidas de desagüe en su parte inferior. El aceite se trata con el gas de desodorizacion de una manera intermitente en estas bandejas. El recipiente se proporciona con una entrada (7) para el aceite, y una conexion (2) con una fuente de vacío en su parte superior. En su parte inferior, hay una salida (9) para el aceite.
