Abstract
Se refiere a un método para sedimentar la dispersión formada en la unidad de mezclado de extraccion líquido-líquido, para controlar flujos desolución y para crear soluciones en la parte de separación. De acuerdo con el método, laveloci dad de flujo de la fase de solución orgánica se ajustapara ser claramente mayor que la velocidad de flujo de la fase de solución acuosa, en cuyo caso a fin de impedir la turbulencia de flujo de bordecausada por la diferencia de velocidadde las fases de solución, la capa de dispersión en gotas de agua que permanece entre las soluciones separadoras seajusta para extenderse hasta el extremo de descarga de la parte de separación. Se disponen por lo menos tres lugares donde la dispersión y las soluciones ya sedimentadas se hacen fluir a través de las vallas de estacasque forman una superficie transversal restringuida, en cuyo casola primera superficie transversal restringuida lleva al flujo dentro de la parte deseparación para seguir la dirección longitudinal de la parte de separación y la segunda valla de estacas en la dirección de flujo que forma unasuperficietransversal rest ringuida permite que la fase de solución acuosa sedimentada fluya libremente en la parte inferior de la parte de separación. También serefiere a un aparato de extracción de acuerdo con el método.
