Abstract

Compuestos azo- y diazocicloheptano y -cicloctano que poseen la fórmula (I) : Ar1-A-B-Ar2, donde Ar1 es (II) o (III) o un anillo heteroaromático de 5 o6 miembros con 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, independientemente entre sí de O, N,y S; donde Ar1 puede tener 1, 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes que seseleccionan independientemente entre si, de OR1, un alquilo sustituido o no, o un alquenilo de C2-C6, un alquinilo de C2-C6, un cicloalquilo, entre otros,donde R1 es H, un alquilosustituido o no, por OH, OC1-C6-alquilo, fenilo o un halógeno; A es un grupo alquileno de C3-C15 cuando Ar1 es C6H5CONH o biencuando Ar1 es un anillo heteroatómico de 5 o 6 miembros es un grupo alquileno de C4-C15 o un grupo alquileno deC3-C15; B es un anillo saturado de 7 u 8miembros con uno o dos heteroátomos de nitrógeno los que se ubican en la posición 1,4 o 1,5 y el anillo está unido en la posición 1 al radical A y enla posición 4 o 5 al radical Ar2, y además es posibleque el anillo po sea un doble enlace en la posición 3 o 4 en el anillo monoazo y en la posición 6 enel anillo 1,4-diazo; Ar2 es un fenilo, piridilo, piridinilo o triazinilo, siendo posible que Ar2 tenga 1, 2, 3 o 4 sustituyentes que seseleccionan,independie ntemente entre sí, de OR, un alquilo, un alquenilo de C2-C6, un alquinilo de C2-C6, alcoxialquilo, haloalquilo, halógeno, entre otros y Ar1también se puede fusionar con un anillo carbocíclico, y donde Ar2 no puedeser un radical pirimidini lo sustituido por 2 grupos hidroxilo; así como lassales de los mismos formados con ácidos tolerables fisiológicamente, que poseen una alta afinidad por el receptor de dopamina D3 y por lo tanto puedenemplearse paratratar los trastornos que re sponden a lo ligandos del receptor de dopamina D3, mediante el uso de una composición farmacéutica que lo contiene
