Abstract
De acuerdo con una forma de realizacion de la invencion, se obtiene un hilo de nylon completamente orientado. Para ello el proceso incluye extrudar unpolimero de nylon fundido, que tiene una viscosidad con respecto al acido formico de aprox.35 a 70, a traves de una hilera para formar multiplescorrientes de polimero fundido. Las corrientes de polimero fundido se enfrian en una zona de refrescado para formar filamentos y los filamentos se sueldanpara formar un hilo. El hilo se retirade l a zona de refrescado con un cilindro de alimentacion que gira a una velocidad periferica de por lo menos 4500 mpm.
