Abstract
Se expone un proceso y aparato para la generación de una mezcla de fosfino y gas(es) diluyente(s). Un fosfuro metálico hidrolizable, de preferenciafosfuro de magnesio, se libera directamente en agua líquida, en una atmósfera de gas inerte ante elfosfino y en forma de partículas de libre flujo,compuesto por partículas sueltas de fosfuro metálico. La mezcla generada de fosfino y gas portador inerte como, por ejemplo, CO2, se utiliza como tal odiluida en una cámara para mezcla de gases conaire, hasta alcanzar una concentración inferior al límite de ignición, antes de que se lo emplee enfumigación. El empleo de argón como gas portador de la mezcla de fosfino es apta para la impurificación de semiconductores.
