Abstract
Se trata de un proceso para obtener 2,6-difluorobenzonitrilo, haciendo reaccionar 2,6-diclorobenzonitrilo con metalfluoruros anhidros, en una reaccióncatalizada con catalizadores de transferencia de fase, a temperaturas entre 160° y 260°C -típicamente poliésteres, sales de fosfonio tetrasustituídos,sales de amonio tetrasustituídos y cryptan en ausencia de solventes. Una vez separado el producto formado del medio de reacción, la mezcla resultante esreciclada para un nuevo ciclo y además para evitar la acumulación de los alquitranes, el medio de reacción se procesa, para recuperar el catalizador detransferencia y descartar los alquitranes.
