Claims (10)

  1. 아세토니드릴을 염소분자와 접촉 반응시키고 따라서 처리된 아세토니트릴로부터 옥사졸―염소반응 생성물을 분리함을 특징으로하는 아세토 니트릴로부터 옥사졸을 회수하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소분자와 접촉반응하는 동안 아세토니트릴을 20 내지 80°C의 온도범위 내로 유지하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴을 염기의 수성 용액과 접촉반응시킨다음 생성한 유기상과 생성한 수성 상의 역사졸―염소 반응생성물로부터 아세토니트릴을 분리함에 의해 아세토니트릴로부터 옥사졸―염소 반응 생성물을 분리하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 염기가 알카리 금속 수산화물이고 pH 7 내지 14 범위내의 수성용액을 유지하도록 충분한 양으로 주입되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아세토니트릴을 프로필렌의 암몬산화에 의해 수득하는 방법.
  6. 제3항, 4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 염기의 수성용액과 접촉반응시키는 동안 니트릴의 온도를 40 내지 60°C로 유지하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각몰의 옥사졸에 대해 2.0몰 이상의 염소를 주입하는 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 수성 염기와 접촉 반응하게 되는 니트릴을 증류하는 방법.
  9. 프로필렌의 암몬산화에 의해 제조된 아세토니트릴과 옥사졸을 함유하는 혼합물로부터 옥사졸을 분리 하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 각 몰의 옥사졸에 대해 2.0몰 이상의 염소분자와 접촉 반응시키고; 처리된 염소 혼합물을 pH 10 내지 21의 범위내를 유지하면서 40 내지 60°C의 온도범위내에서 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택한 30 내지 50중량%의 염기를 포함하는 수성용액과 접촉반응시키고; 생성한 수성 및 유기상을 분리하고 또한 유기상으로부터 아세토리트릴을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, pH가 10 내지 12범위내로 유지하는 방법.
