Abstract

Un procedimiento para la recuperación de selenio a partir de soluciones de uretano contentivas de selenio derivadas de la reacción catalizada por selenio de un compuesto orgánico que contiene al menos un grupo hidroxilo, con monóxido de carbono, y un compuesto orgánico nitrogenado a elevadas temperaturas y presiones en presencia de una base y/o agua, que comprende las fases de: destilar la solución de uretano contentiva de selenio producto contentiva de selenio producto de la reacción para retirar compuestos de hidroxilo que no han reaccionadoy cualesquiera compuestos con base de amina contenidos Y/o agua; agregar un hidrocarburo aromático esencialmente insoluble en agua o hidrocarburo aromático alquilo o halógeno sustituido a dicha solución de uretano destilada formando una solución contentiva de hidrocarburo-uretano-selenio; poner en contacto la solución de hidrocarburo-uretano-selenio con una solución acuosa de hidróxido amónico o hidróxido de metal alcalino para extraercompuestos de selenio a partir de dicha solución y formar una fase acuosa de hidróxilo contentiva de selenio y una fase de hidrocarburo contentiva de uretano; separar la fase acuosa de hidróxido contentiva de selenio de la fase de hidrocarburo; tratar la fase acuosa de hidróxido para separar de la misma compuesto de selenio; y recuperara dicho selenio
