Claims (10)
- 옥소합성(oxo synthesis)생성물의 증류후 잔존물을 산소 또는 산소 함유 기체로 처리하여 유기 인(Ⅲ)화합물과의 착화합물 형태로 존재하는 로듐을 회수하되, 60내지 120℃의 온도와 대기압 또는 승압상태에서, C2-내지 C5- 모노카르복실산과 C2-내지 C5- 모노카르복실산의 알칼리 금속임의 존재하에 산소 또는 산소함유 기체로 잔존물을 처리하고, 로듐을 물로 추출하여 수용액 상태로 분리한 후 물과 유기상을 각각 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소함유 기체로서 공기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 인(Ⅲ)화합물 1몰에 대하여 100내지 2,000몰 특히 300내지 1,200몰의 산소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 아세트산, 프리피온산, n-부틸산, i-부틸산 또는 n-발테르산이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산은 로듐 그렘원자당 10내지 150몰 더욱 바람직하게는 10내지 50몰 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 아세트산, 프리피온산, n-부틸산, i-부틸산 또는 n- 발테르산의 나트륨염 또는 칼륨염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 6항에 있어서, C2-내지 C5- 모노카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염은 모듐 그렘원자당 50내지 250몰, 더욱 바람직하게는 100내지 180몰 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성후 증류 잔존물로부터의 모듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서, 잔존물의 산소 또는 산소함유 기체 처리는 80내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 모듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서, 잔존물의 산소 또는 산소 함유 기체 처리는 0.2내지 1.0mpa의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(OXO)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.
- 제1항 내지 9항에 있어서, 잔존물의 로듐 농도는 약100ppm이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 30내지 40ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 옥소(oxo)합성 후 증류 잔존물로부터의 로듐 회수 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
