Claims (10)
- 잔사룰 산소 또는 산소 함유 가스로 처리하여 옥소 합성 생성물의 증류 잔사 중의 유기 인(Ⅲ) 화합물과의 착제 결합 중에 함유된 로듐을 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 로듐 g원자당 10∼1200몰의 알데하이드를 함유하는 잔사가 포함된 출발 물질을 로듐 g원자당 1.0∼15몰의의 탄소수 2∼5의 모노카르복실산 및 탄소수 2∼5의 모노카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염 존재하에 60∼120℃에서 대기압 또는 승압하에 산소 또는 산소 함유 가스로 처리한 다음, 물로 추출하여 로듐을 수용성 화합물로서 분리하고 수성상과 유기상을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로듐의 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기를 산소 함유 가스로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 출발물질 kg당 1∼10, 구체적으로는 2∼6몰의 산소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질에 아세트산, 프로피온산, n-부티르산, i-부티르산 또는 n-발레르산을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로듐 g 원자당 1.2∼10구체적으로는 1.5∼6몰의 모노카르복실산을 출발물질에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발불질에 아세트산, 프로피온산, n-부티르산, i-부티르산 또는 n-발레스산의 나트륨염 또는 칼륨염을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로듐 g 원자당 10∼100,구체적으로는 15∼50, 바람직하게는 12∼30몰의 탄소수 2∼5인 모노카르복실산의 알칼리 금속염을 출발물질에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질의 산소 또는 산소함유 가스처리를 70∼105, 바람직하게는 80∼100℃에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질의 산소 또는 산소함유 가스처리를 0.2∼1.0MPa의 압력하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질 중의 로듐 농도가 약 300 중량 ppm이하, 구체적으로는 20∼200, 바람직하게는 30∼150중량 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
