옥소 합성의 생성물에서 로듐의 분리 및 회수하는 방법

Claims (9)

  1. 옥소합성 생성물의 증류잔사로부터 로듐을 분리 및 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 증류잔사를 먼저 산화제와 반응시킨 다음, 일산화탄소 또는 일산화탄소 분리 화합물 존재하에 로듐과 수용성착화합물을 형성하는 제제의 수용액과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 로듐의 분리 및 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증류잔사를 산소 또는 산소 함유기체로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 증류잔사물 20-200도, 특히 50-150도, 바람직하게는 80-120도에서 산하체로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제어 의한 처리가 0.1-5MPa 압력에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착화제가 하기 일반식의 유기 포스핀임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    (상기식에서 Ar1, Ar2, Ar3는 각각 페닐 또는 나프틸기이고 Y1, Y2, Y3는 각각 탄소원자수 1-4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알콕쇄기, 탄소연자수 1-4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알콕시기, 할로겐 원자 OH, CN, N02또는 R1R2N기
    (식중에서 R1과 R2는 각각 탄소원자수 1-4의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기를 표시함)이며, X1, X2및 X3는 각각 카르복실레이드(COO-) 및/또는 술포네이트(SO3-)기이며, m1, m2, m3는 같거나 다른 0-3의 정수이고 적어도 하나의 숫자 m1, m2, 또는 m3는 1이상이며, n1, n2, n3는 0-5의 같거나 다른 정수이다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3가 각각 페닐기를 표시하고, X1, X2, X3가 각각 술포네이트기를 표시하고 m1, m2, m3가 각각 또는 1의 수를 표시하고, m1, m2및 m3의 합이 1, 2 또는 3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제로 처리한 증류잔사를 50-160도, 바람직하게는 90-130도 온도 및 10-40MPa, 바람직하게는 10-30MPa 입력에서 일산화탄소 및 수용성 착화합물 형성제제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화된 증류잔사를 50-160도, 바람직하게는 90-130도에서 일산화탄소 분리 화합물로서의 포름알데히드 및 수용성 착화합물 형성 제제로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 포름 알데히드를 수용액으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
