Claims (7)

  1. 3가 유기인 화합물을 리간드로 갖는 로듐 촉매 존재하에 올레핀을 일산화탄소 및 수소와 반응시키는 히드로포르밀화 방법에 있어서, 히드로 포르밀화 반응을 2단계 반응기 계, 즉 액상의 혼합 특성이 실질적으로 완전한 혼합형인 반응기 또는 반응기들로 이루어진 제1단계 반응기계, 및 촉매 용액 순환형의 반응기계로서, 액상의 혼합 특성을 확산 모델로 나타낼때 식(I)
    (식중는 평균유속(㎝/초)이고, L은 반응층의 길이(㎝)이며,는 평균확산 계수(㎠/초)이다)로 정의되는 무차원수 U(이후 “유동 혼합 파라메타”로 약칭한다)가 0.4이상인 피스톤 유동형의 혼합 특성을 갖는 반응기 또는 반응기들로 이루어진 제2단계 반응기계에 의해 수행하며, 제1단계 반응기계에서 유출된 기체상 혼합물 또는 기체-액체 혼합물을 미반응 올레핀을 함유하는 스트림 및 기타 스트림으로 분리하고, 미반응올레핀을 함유하는 스트림의 일부 또는 전체를 제2단계 반응기 계에 공급함을 특징으로 하는, 올레핀의 히드로 프로밀화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀이 2 내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀 또는 2내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀의 혼합물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 3가 유기인 화합물이 트리 알킬포스핀, 트리알릴 포스핀, 트리시클로알킬 포스핀, 알킬아릴 포스핀, 시클로알킬아릴포스핀, 알킬시클로알킬 포스핀 및 포스파이트의 군에서 선택된 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 3가 유기인 화합물이 로듐에 대해 다좌 배위성의 것인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다좌배위성 유기인 화합물이(디페닐 포스피노)포르판인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 로듐원이 로듐 착체, 유기염, 무기염 및 산화물의 군에서 선택된 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 다좌 배위성 유기인 화합물이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화합물인 방법.
