Abstract

본 발명은 촉매량의 산의 존재하에, 35내지 150℃에서 70내지 1013mbar하에서, 수성매질 중에서 시아노 아세트산을 이것의 몰량의 5내지 30배의양의 C4-C10-알칸올과 반응시키면서, 이 반응동안 C4-C10-알칸올/올 공비 혼합물을 분리시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 시아노아세트산과 C4-C10-알칸올의 반응에 의한 C4-C10-알킬 시아노아세테이트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 촉매량의 산의 존재하에, 35내지 150℃에서 70내지 1013mbar 하에서, 수성매질 중에서 시아노아세트산을 이것의 몰량의 5내지 30배의 양의 C4-C10-알칸올과 반응시키면서, 이 반응동안 C4-C10-알칸올/물 공비혼합물을 분리시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 시아노아세트산과 C4-C10-알칸올의 반응에 의한 C4-C10-알킬시아노아세테이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시아노아세트산을 C4-C8-알칸올과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 50내지 90℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 70내지 270mbar의 압력하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 시아노아세트산 수용액의 총중량에 대해 20내지 70중량%의 시아노아세트산을 함유하는 시아노아세트산 수용액을 사용하여 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
