Abstract
예비 성형된 AlF3상에 지지된 Cr203로 구성된 촉매의 존재하에 310℃ 내지 380℃범위의 온도에서 1,1,1-트리플루오로디클로로에탄(HCFC-123)을 HF와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125)의 제조방법. 이 방법에 의해, HFC-125를 높은 수율(60~70%이상), 높은 전환율(80% 이상) 및 높은 선택성{즉, 매우 적은 양(5몰% 이하)의 부산물 형성}으로 수득할 수 있다. 또한 촉매는 높은 유기 충진시에도 장시간 동안 높은 활성을 유지한다.

Claims (7)
- 예비 성형된 AlF3상에 지지된 Cr203로 구성된 촉매의 존재하에 310℃ 내지 380℃범위의 온도에서 1,1,1-트리플루오로디클로로에탄(HCFC-123)을 HF와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125)의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 320℃ 내지 350℃의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 공급된 HF와 HCFC-123간의 몰비가 1/1 내지 10/1인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 반응물과 촉매와의 접촉시간이 1 내지 20초인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매에 존재하는 Cr203의 양이 촉매 총 중량에 대한 Cr양으로 계산하여 1 내지 15중량%인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 방법에 따라 제조되는 방법; ⒜ 수용성 Cr(Ⅲ)염의 수용액중에 AlF3를 수침시키고; ⒝ 건조시키고; ⒞ 200℃ 내지 600℃에서 임의로 증기의 존재하게 공기 또는 질소에 의해 촉매를 확성화시킨다.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 유동층 반응기내에서 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
