Abstract

본 발명은 히드록시아민 술페이트와 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알데히드를 반응시키고 후속적으로 탈수시킴으로써 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 니트릴을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 방법은 프로피온산 염의 존재하에 프로피온산 중에서 대기압 하에 외부 온도 140 내지 165℃, 바람직하기로는 150 내지 160℃에서 2시간 내지 6시간, 바람직하기로는 3시간 내지 5시간 동안 가열함과 동시에 용액이 형성될때까지 이 계로부터 프로피온산 및 물의 혼합물을 증류시키고 100 내지 130℃, 바람직하기로는 110 내지 120℃에서 진공 증류에 의해 프로피온산 및 물의 혼합물을 제거한 다음 제조된 니트릴을 일반적인 방법에 의해 분리해내는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기식에서 R은 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 히드록시아민 술페이트와 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알데히드를 반응시키고 후속적으로 탈수시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 니트릴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응이 프로피온산 염의 존재하에 프로피온산 중에서 대기압 하에 외부 온도 140 내지 165℃에서 2시간 내지 6시간 동안 가열함과 동시에 용액이 형성될때까지 이 계로부터 프로피온산 및 물의 혼합물을 증류시킴으로써 수행되고, 100 내지 130℃에서 진공 증류에 의해 프로피온산 및 물의 혼합물을 제거한 다음, 제조된 니트릴을 일반적인 방법에 의해 분리해내는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 니트릴을 제조하는 방법:
    상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 4-위치에 있는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R이 3차부틸 또는 페닐인 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, R이 페닐인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로피온산을 알데히드 1몰 기준으로 10 내지 20몰의 양으로 부가하는 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 히드록시아민 술페이트를 알데히드 1몰 기준으로 0.505 내지 0.55몰의 양으로 부가하고, 프로피온산 나트륨을 히드록시아민 술페이트 1몰 기준으로 1.05 내지 1.3몰의 양으로 부가하는 방법.
