Claims (9)
- 물에 대한 니트릴 화합물의 중량비율이 60:45∼5:95, 반응온도가 70∼200℃ 및 니트릴 화합물의 대응 산아미드로의 전환율이 10∼98%가 되도록 조절하며, 구리성분에 대하여 0.7중량% 이하의 철분을 함유하는 레이니 구리촉매를 촉매로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 레이니 구리촉매 존재하에서 니트릴 화합물을 수화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리성분에 대하여 0.1∼0.4중량%의 철분을 함유하는 레이니 구리촉매를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이니 구리촉매를 현탁상태로 유지하며 수화반응을 실시하고, 반응후에, 침전 및/또는 여과등의 방법으로 촉매와 액체반응 혼합물을 분리함으로써 액체반응 혼합물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응기내에 설치한 여과기를 이용하여 촉매와 액체반응 혼합물을 서로 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응기내에 설치한 침강기를 이용하여 촉매와 액체반응 혼합물을 서로 분리하고, 액체반응 혼합물 내에 현탁된 상태로 잔재하는 소량의 촉매를 반응기내에 설치한 여과기를 이용하여 분리해냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응기내에 설치한 침강기를 이용하여 촉매와 액체반응 혼합물을 서로 분리하고, 액체반응 혼합물내에 현탁된 상태로 잔재하는 소량의 촉매를 반응기 외부에 설치한 여과기를 이용하여 분리해냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴 화합물이 아크릴로니트릴인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴 화합물이 메타크릴로니트릴인 방법.
