Claims (5)
- 라니(Raney) 구리 촉매의 현탁된 액체-상 베드 내에서 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴 및 물의 수화반응을 통해서 (메트) 아크릴아미드를 제조함에 있어서 반응중에 활성이 저하된 라니 구리 촉매의 존재하에 라니 구리 합금을 침출하고, 생성된 혼합촉매를 사용하여 반응을 계속 진행함을 특징으로 하는 개량된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라니 구리 합금에 대한 저하된 촉매의 혼합비의 범위가 10:1~1:10인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 분리된 대부분의 촉매를 반응계내에 남겨 두거나 반응계에 재순환시키고, 이렇게 분리된 촉매의 나머지는 라니 구리 합금과 함께 침출 및 재생시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 침출 및 재생시에 수산화나트륨을 라니 구리 합금의 알루미늄의 원자 당량당 1~10몰을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수화반응시에 물에 대한 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴의 중량비의 범위가 60:40~5:95, 반응온도의 범위가 70~150℃ 및 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴의 (메트) 아크릴아미드로의 전환율의 범위가 10%~98인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
