Claims (5)

  1. 라니(Raney) 구리 촉매의 현탁된 액체-상 베드 내에서 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴 및 물의 수화반응을 통해서 (메트) 아크릴아미드를 제조함에 있어서 반응중에 활성이 저하된 라니 구리 촉매의 존재하에 라니 구리 합금을 침출하고, 생성된 혼합촉매를 사용하여 반응을 계속 진행함을 특징으로 하는 개량된 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라니 구리 합금에 대한 저하된 촉매의 혼합비의 범위가 10:1~1:10인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 분리된 대부분의 촉매를 반응계내에 남겨 두거나 반응계에 재순환시키고, 이렇게 분리된 촉매의 나머지는 라니 구리 합금과 함께 침출 및 재생시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 침출 및 재생시에 수산화나트륨을 라니 구리 합금의 알루미늄의 원자 당량당 1~10몰을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수화반응시에 물에 대한 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴의 중량비의 범위가 60:40~5:95, 반응온도의 범위가 70~150℃ 및 (메트) 아크릴로니트릴의 (메트) 아크릴아미드로의 전환율의 범위가 10%~98인 방법.
