Claims (7)

  1. 조악한 합성생성물을 아닐린으로 처리하고, 여과하고 메트캅토벤조리아졸 결정을 아닐린으로 세척하고, 정제매질의 액채유기층을 임의로 재순환시키는 단계로 구성되면서, 메르캅토벤조티아졸의 결정화, 이의 여과 및 세척을 40내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 메트캅토벤조티아졸의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주위 온도 및 184℃ 에서, 압력을 대기압으로 감소시켜 얻은 조생성물과 아닐린을 혼합한후, 혼합물의 온도를 40내지 120℃가 되게함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 170내지 300℃, 바람직하기로는 180내지 220℃의 합성반응기중에서 조악한 반응생성물과 아닐린을 혼합한 후에, 압력을 대기압으로 감소시킨 다음, 혼합물을 40내지 120℃로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 아닐린 세척후에 40내지120℃의 온도에서 물로 세척함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 메르캅토벤조티아졸의 결정화, 이의 여과 및 세척을 45내지 80℃, 바람직하기로는 50℃에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 액채유기층을 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 아닐린, 황 및 이황화탄소의 반응으로부터 생성되는 조생성물을 정재하는 방법.
