Abstract

Postrojenje za obradu vazduhom prehrambenih proizvoda prema pronalasku, sastoji se od kućišta (1), izduženog kanala (11) postavljenog u njemu za primanje hrane koje treba da se obrađuje, izmenjivača (12) toplota i ventilatorske grupe (13) za stvaranje vazdušnog toka koji kružni kroz izmenjivač toplote, na gore kroz kanal i nazad u izmenjivač toplote. Jedan bočni zid (17) kanala (11) je bočno podešljiv za menjanje širine kanala. Kapacitet toka vazduha je podešljiv, a prvenstveno zavisi od širine kanala (11).
